Harbor Ventilation Inc. is a full service heating, AC, refrigeration and Sheet Metal Contractor, specializing in Commercial and Residential HVAC. Lee Estes, owner and operator has over 21 years experience in commercial HVAC such as hospitals, schools, office buildings, fire stations, restaurants, mill work and residential installations including, unit change outs, spec homes and full custom installation on any size home.

Harbor Ventilation, Inc. has been in business for over ten years.

Experienced Staff

All of our technicians and installers are vocationally trained to install systems to the latest codes and with the best craftsmanship available.

We have the experience to design and install HVAC systems for any application from residential to commercial.

We have a full service sheet metal shop with trained metal benders who can make any sheet metal fittings that may be needed, as well as, stainless steel flashings, roof curbs or caps.

We are able to schedule one crew on your project through completion. This helps both you and us by allowing your supervisor to work with our supervisor in a one on one situation. There will be no questions on how you would like things done.
